Abstract:
This study, is a recommendation for the Turkish music performing undergraduate students via warm up voice exercises with help of the modal music.
It is observed that in the beginning of the class, perform exercises accompanied with piano found that it was not enough to adapt comas in modal music for the Turkish music performing undergraduate students. For this reason, the problematic of the study determined that, "Turkish music performing undergraduate students can not exercise their voice according to the system of modal music".
In this study, included observation techniques and interviews related to the subject and determined many exercises that performing undergraduate students are perform vocal techniques accompanied with piano.
In order to provide students tendency to practice Turkish music vocal exercises and to shed light on the studies to be carried out on the subject in the future, prepared “Modal performing exercises oriented for the field”.
