Prof. Hasan SADIKOĞLU

Biography

Prof. Dr. Hasan Sadıkoğlu was born in Trabzon-Of at 1968. He received his bachelor (B.Sc.) degree from Yıldız Technical University in 1990 with honors (ranked in first place among 82 graduates). He completed his master's and doctoral degrees at the University of Missouri-Rolla with a scholarship from YOK (Higher Education Council of Turkey) in 1995 and 1998, respectively. After completing his graduate degrees in the United States, he worked as an assistant professor, associate professor, professor and dean of school of engineering at Gebze Technical University for 14 years. Since 2016, he has been working as a professor at Yıldız technical University. He participated as a principal and associate investigator in many research projects supported by different institutions such as TUBITAK, DPT, UNIVERSITIES, MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY. His research interest focused on mathematical modelling, optimization, applied mathematics, energy from bio-mass, and energy policies and he published many papers and book chapters and participated many congresses and symposiums, also supervised many bachelor, masters and doctoral thesis in these fields.
