<p><span style="color: rgb(17, 17, 17); font-family: "Inter Var", Inter, Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">Recently, nanowires have enabled to build nanodevices such as nanotransistors that allow ballistic transport of electrons even at room temperature. The electronic properties of nanowires can be modified depending on atoms type. In this study, InxGa1-xAs nanowires are cut from <100> plane of InAs bulk. We have calculated the electronic properties of InxGa1-xAs depending on Ga atom concentration. The relaxed atomic coordinates of InAs NWs in energy landscape have been used to substitute In atoms with Ga atoms with concentrations of (x=85, 64, 63, 60, 57, 53, 50, 45, 30, 22).</span><br></p>
