Improvement of Civilian Oversight of Internal Security Sector Project Phase II is funded by

the by the European Union. The beneficiary of the project is the Republic of Turkey Ministry

of Interior. The project implementation is coordinated by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of

Interior, General Directorate of Provincial Administrations. Technical assistance for the

implementation of the project is provided by the United Nations Development Programme.
