In this research, an evaluation matrix that can be used as a measurement and evaluation guide will be created by determining the success criteria determined locally and the indicators for monitoring this process in the management processes of urban transformation applications through selected sample areas.
In this research, urban transformation planning, project design and implementation processes will be addressed in a holistic manner together with their spatial, social and economic dimensions. In the project, the effects of the sub-goals and indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals on the projects addressed are examined in line with the inclusive and participatory planning principles frequently indicated in the SDG and Habitat III New Urban Agenda.
