Biography
Seda Taş İlmek is an Associate Professor in the Department of Translation and Interpreting at Yıldız Technical University, Turkey. She previously held academic appointments at Dokuz Eylül University, Namık Kemal University, and Trakya University. She received her PhD in Interlingual and Intercultural Translation Studies from Yıldız Technical University. Her research interests include translation theory, literary translation, translation criticism, and intercultural communication. She conducts her academic work in both Turkish and English.
