    This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of durable and sustainable food systems by introducing the concepts, strategies and practices necessary to create a safer and more environmentally friendly food system. They will learn about sustainability in food systems, food security, food sovereignty, food communities, access to food, short and long supply. Participants will gain insight into the challenges faced by modern food systems and learn how to implement solutions that promote resilience, sustainability and social equity. Discussing the motivations and roles for creating demand in meeting food access at the local scale in the context of the producer-consumer relationship. Relationship-tension between rural-urban: The situation of agricultural areas and green areas, protection of agricultural lands. The courses are designed to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to the transformation of food systems at various levels through a combination of case studies, group discussions and hands-on exercises
