It is inevitable to benefit from technology in many respects in seaways and railways, which are of increasing importance. In particular, the Turkish Straits are of vital importance for the economy and military security of the Black Sea riparian countries as well as our country. A tanker accident in Istanbul will lead to disasters. In this context, the systems established to ensure the safety of life, property, navigation and the environment, especially in the Bosphorus, are examined in this study. Railways also have significant advantages in passenger and freight transportation due to their positive aspects. The modern systems that should be used to increase the safety and capacity of this type, especially to ensure the tracking of loads, are summarized.
