Özet

Our purpose in this study is to dedect some of the key problems of Turkish educational system and to discuss possible answers to these problems. Namely, we will be focusing on the loosend connections to pre-Republic era and the misconceptions of understaning developed under the Republic era of Turkey and its repercussions today. Following the change of alphabet, time consumed for making it common was enormous. After this exhaustion of effort, Turkish educational system was fall behind of world trends which consist of harmonious cooperation of teacher-curriculum-place-techonology. Moreover, suggested curriculums was not suited to necessities of society that day but rather revolutionary that brought inevitable problems of coordination and acceptance. Therefore, educational system has found itself in a negative feeded loop. This loop still produce educaters and teachers to all over country which make them incredibly important to analyse. The sole aim of decreasing the percentage of illiterate person in charts and therefore rapid production teachers had unfortunately made the outcome of the system below the average many years. In this work, key problems of Primary, Secondary and Higher Education will be briefly adressed and each one of them will be tried to solve seperately. To sum up, this work is an effort to describe key problems and suggest solutions in every stage of education, mainly caused by educators and followed by problems of students in conceptual thinking and also problems based on curriculum and exam systems and other problems yet not mentioned.
