Res. Asst. Ömür KARARMAZ

Biography

Ömür Kararmaz is a Ph.D. researcher and a research assistant at Yildiz Technical University. She graduated from the Department of Architecture at Gazi University (Ankara-2013) and received her Master’s degree at Yildiz Technical University (2017). During her thesis research period, she has continued her doctorate studies at the University of Bologna (Italy) for 6 months with the Erasmus exchange program. Since April of 2016, she has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University. She continues her research at the Architectural Design Doctorate Program of Yildiz Technical University. She has attended national and international congresses, summer schools and workshops. Her main areas of interest include art and architecture intersection, context-concept dialectics and architectural design education.
