Özet

Modern electric vehicle powertrains have battery, electric machine, gearbox, and wheels. Advanced computer technologies and numerical software’s such as Matlab/Simulink provide an opportunity to calculate vehicle performance and energy consumption results with a sensitive way. Different methodologies use for performance and energy consumption calculations such as backward and forward calculations. Backward calculation method required electric machine torque and required electric power by using desired vehicle speed. In contrast, Forward calculations calculates actual vehicle speed by using electric motor torque. In addition, Driver model required for Forward calculations and this increase modeling efforts. In this paper, Forward calculation method used with e-VCU functions. Acceleration pedal percentage and brake pedal percentage calculated by driver model. This study aims to find optimum solution for maximum Endurance and Acceleration score of an electric vehicle. In this study two different high-power cells used for batterie selected and total ratio range determined from 3.49 to 4.59 with 0.1 steps. The optimization briefly showed that the battery package with A123-ANR26650-B cells provides 2% more score than the Samsung-INR21700-30T cells. But total cell price of Samsung-INR21700-30T 29% less than A123-ANR26650-B.
