Our valuable undergraduate students Orkhan Karimli and Ilyas Mustafazade and our researcher Prof. Dr. Our work, which we carried out with the contributions of Mehmet Fatih Amasyali, was published in IEEE Xplore! 📄 In our study, we developed data augmentation methods specific to the RSICC (Remote Sensing Image Change Captioning) field to solve the problem of limited training data. Our hybrid approach yielded significant improvements in Progressive Scale-Aware Network (PSNet) performance.
