ARA SINAV KURALLARI
YTÜ sınav yönergelerinde belirtilen sınav kurallarına ek olarak sınavda uyulması gereken kurallar aşağıda belirtilmiştir:
    (1) Sınav programında Grup 1 (TR) ve Grup 2 (EN) için ayrı ayrı sınıflar belirtilecektir. Grup 1 öğrencileri Grup 1 sınıflarında ve Grup 2 öğrencileri Grup 2 sınıflarında sınava katılabileceklerdir. Yanlış sınıfta sınava girmeyiniz.
    (2) Sınav açık kitap (Sınava herhangi̇ bi̇r kıtabın çözüm kılavuzunun-veya bir parçasının geti̇ri̇lmesi̇-ve/veya sınavda kullanılması yasaktır.), slayt, not, not defter, tablolar vb. şeklinde yapılacaktır.
    (3) Her öğrenci sınava gelirken yanında uygun bir hesap makinesi getirmelidir.
    (4) Sınav sırasında cep telefonu/tablet/kişisel bilgisayar/akıllı saat vb. kullanılması yasaktır. Öğrencilerin cep telefonları (ses ve titreşimi kapalı) öğretim görevlisinin gösterdiği masaya konulacaktır.
    (5) Cep telefonu/tablet/kişisel bilgisayar/akıllı saat vb. cihazların hesap makinesi olarak kullanılması yasaktır.
    (6) Sınav süresi 75 dakikadır.

MIDTERM EXAM RULES
In addition to the exam rules specified in the YTU exam guidelines, the rules to be followed in the exam are given below:
    (1) Separate classes will be specified for Group 1 (TR) and Group 2 (EN) in the exam schedule. Group 1 students will be able to take the exam in Group 1 classes and Group 2 students will be able to take the exam in Group 2 classes. Do not take the exam in the wrong classroom.
    (2) Exam will be done as open book (It is forbidden to bring the solution manual-or any part of it-of any book to the exam and/or to use it in the exam.), slides, notes, notebook, tables etc.
    (3) Each student must bring a suitable calculator with them to the exam.
    (4) During the exam, use of a mobile phone/tablet/personal computer/ smart watch etc. is prohibited. Mobile phone(s) (with sound and vibration disabled) of the students will be placed to where indicated by the teaching assistant.
    (5) The use of a mobile phone/tablet/personal computer/smart watch etc. as a calculator is prohibited.
    (6) The exam duration is 75 minutes.

In Assignment 1, in question 2, the number of ball and gate type valves is incorrectly written in the Turkish translation. The values given in the English question should be used.
