Abstract

Highlights Lab-made SPEs were fabricated using screen printing technique with conductive ink. Conductive ink contains copper oxide, sulfur-doped graphene, and gold nanoparticles as conductive fillers. The prepared CuO/S-G/AuNPs/SPEs were characterized electrochemically, chemically, and morphologically. The developed electrode was used for the voltammetric determination of tyrosine, an important biomolecule for human health. The feasibility of CuO/S-G/AuNPs/SPE in artificial sweat with potential applications in wearable technology was investigated.
