Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the studies related to the EIN platform and Mathematics education in Turkey through thematic content analysis. In accordance with this purpose, a document review model was used from qualitative research methods. The date of establishment of the EIN platform, from 2012 to 2021; 12 postgraduate theses available in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education, ULAKBIM TR Index, Journalpark and Google Academic databases, and 32 articles whose full texts were accessed were included in the scope of the research. This study has been examined and analyzed in detail according to its type, publication years, study structure, data collection tools, data analysis methods and the subjects that research focuses on. When the results are evaluated in general, it has been determined that among the studies on mathematics education and EIN in Turkey, the focus is on 2019 and 2021, and mathematics teachers are the most preferred study groups. It has been reached that EIN supported studies in mathematics education are carried out a lot. The importance of distance education studies during the pandemic process has caused the EIN platform to come to the fore and the studies to be increased. It is thought that the results of the comparative studies of postgraduate theses and articles on mathematics education and the use of EIN by examining the variables discussed within the scope of the research in detail will guide the new studies.
