The current grade of current transformer manufacturers are not produced high accuracy and extended range of current Transformer. These special current transformers ratio error are always stable + 0.15 when the primary current changes between 1% and %200. Commonly uses current transformer classes are 0.3 for IEEE standards (1) and 0,2s & 0,5s for IEC standards (2-3). These standards do not guarantee that the current ratio error rate remains at the same value as the primary current changes between 1 % and % 120. Experimental and analytical studies have been carried out on methods in which amper winding , silicon steel and nanocrystalline steel cross section in order to reduce the cost, produce the same quality product in a shorter time with precise and continuous measurement.
