Özet

The increase in energy demand creates new needs for the development of energy storage systems and battery technology. Since lithium-ion batteries, which are frequently used in electric vehicles due to their characteristic features, may pose risks such as fire, toxic gas release and electric shock if used outside their operating limits, the use of battery management systems that will ensure that lithium-ion cells are used under appropriate operating conditions is an important issue. Battery management systems are important in increasing reliability and strengthening battery estimates. This paper aims to provide perspective for future research by explaining the parameters and methods used in estimating the remaining useful life of lithium-ion batteries between 2021 and 2023 and studies that are not sufficiently covered in the literature.
