This study presents the development of software for performing structural analysis of 2D plane frame systems based on the stiffness matrix formulation within the context of the finite element method (FEM). The software allows user-defined structural input, including material properties, cross-section data, system geometry, frame releases, and loading conditions. Based on these inputs, the program calculates the displacements, internal forces, and deformed shapes of the structure. The application was developed in C# and utilizes an SQLite database to manage user-defined input parameters. The developed software demonstrates potential as a practical and lightweight analysis tool for both instructional use and preliminary engineering design tasks.
