Özet

This paper presents a modified genetic algorithm to extract MOSFET BSIM3V3 model parameters. There are several techniques for solving nonlinear optimization problems. Model equations are all non-linear functions and these functions are difficult to be employed in order to extract parameters using deterministic methods.
