Özet

It is clear that companies have been aware of the need for risk management especially on supply chain networks. There are various and different risk factors that affect a supply chain's success. Minimizing these risk factors is a must have for companies to sustain the supply chain in an effective way. Pharmaceutical supply chains are one of the industries that are exposed to many risk factors from the product development to customer delivery process. In this paper, a goal programming approach that considers three risk factors for a pharmaceutical supply chain in Turkey is developed to minimize these risks. © 2013 Taylor & Francis Group.
