Dijital sanat, modern teknolojinin imkânlarını kullanarak sanatsal ifadeyi genişleten bir alandır. Çağımızın teknolojik yeniliklerini sanatla bütünleştirerek, bilginin ve estetiğin yeni formlarını yaratır. Bu sanat formu, çoklu medya araçlarını bir araya getirerek, bireyin çevresi, bilgi ve teknolojiyle olan etkileşimlerini yeniden şekillendirir ve bu etkileşimleri görsel bir dilde sunar.Dijital sanatın esası, geleneksel sanat anlayışlarını aşarak, estetik ve interaktif deneyimleri birleştirmesidir. 1990‟lar itibarıyla Türkiye‟de de ivme kazanan dijital sanat, yaratıcılığın ve inovasyonun sınırlarını zorlamış, kuramsal ve kavramsal düzeyde sürekli bir evrim süreci içindedir. Bu makale, dijital sanatın tanımlanmasını, kategorilere ayrılmasını ve onun çok katmanlı doğasını detaylı bir biçimde ele alırken, aynı zamanda teknoloji ve estetik arasındaki karmaşık ilişkiyi de sorgulamaktadır. Dijital sanatın bu evrimsel yolculuğu, sanat ve teknolojinin kesiştiği noktada sürekli bir diyalog oluşturarak, yaratıcı ifadenin gelecekteki potansiyellerini de gözler önüne sermektedir.
Digital art is a field that expands artistic expression by using the possibilities of modern technology. By integrating the technological innovations of our age with art, it creates new forms of knowledge and aesthetics. By bringing together multiple media tools, this art form reshapes the individual's interactions with his environment, information and technology and presents these interactions in a visual language. The essence of digital art is that it goes beyond traditional understandings of art and combines aesthetic and interactive experiences. Digital art, which has gained momentum in Turkey since the 1990s, has pushed the limits of creativity and innovation and is in a continuous evolution process at the theoretical and conceptual levels. This article examines in detail the definition and categorization of digital art and its multi-layered nature, while also questioning the complex relationship between technology and aesthetics. This evolutionary journey of digital art creates a continuous dialogue at theintersection of art and technology, revealing the future potential of creative expression.
