Özet

Recent studies which carry named entity recognition problem into different text domains or text genres raise a great need for annotation tools. This paper reviews features of existing annotation tools and presents a mobile annotation tool which is user-friendly and flexible. Most of the existing annotation tools lack several fundamental features including multi-user support, auto annotation tool, label management, and support for different formats. Our study shows that the proposed system is capable of satisfying all these needs.
