Determination of appropriate quasi-static constitutive equation for the Ti-6Al-4V alloy

Özet

In this study, it is aimed to determine the suitable quasi-static material model for Ti-6Al-4V alloy. In this context, the experimental flow curve was determined by performing three repetitive tensile tests at a strain rate of 3.333x10-4 s-1. Then, the parameters of Hollomon, Ludwik, Swift, Voce, and Gosh quasi-static material models were determined by the curve fitting method, respectively. It was concluded that the best quasi-static model representing the flow curve of the material is the Voce Equation
