Özet

This paper has three folds: First, the manufacturing of graphene-epoxy nanocomposites using three roll milling (TRM) as the main strategy to achieve a homogenous dispersion of graphene. Then, the mechanical characterization of graphene-epoxy nanocomposites which included the thermo-viscoelastic and viscoplastic behaviors. Last, modeling these behaviors using cooperative – Viscoplasticity Theory Based on Overstress (VBO) theory proposed to cover the total time, temperature and graphene fraction dependent mechanical behavior of the nanocomposite material. The prediction capacity of the material model is investigated through a comparison with the experimental results. It can be stated that the responses of the proposed model is highly compatible with the experimental results. Keywords - Graphene-Epoxy Nanocomposite, VBO Model, Thermo-Viscoelastic-Viscoplastic
