Özet

This study, direct protonated nuclear prototypes which are reinforced with Pm-147 radioisotope. Open circuit voltage and short circuit current of the developed betavoltaic nuclear cell were measured, current-voltage curves were drawn, fill factor and efficiency values were calculated. The total charge, saturation voltage, charge current and capacitance accumulated on the directly charged nuclear battery prototype developed were measured. The developed software analyzes the data depending on the type and activity of the source used and automatically calculates the maximum current-voltage, charging factor, short-circuit current, open-circuit voltage and efficiency values of the battery. Pm-147 radioactive thin film production studies were conducted. On the other hand, the optimum thin film thickness is determined by MCNP simulation. For the obtained thickness value, it is determined which ratio of the source and the ratio of beta energy spectrum. Using the results obtained, the source was coated with electrolysis method. The radioactive thin film prepared in the final stage were matched with the semiconductor devices and the production of the betavoltaic nuclear battery was completed. The produced prototypes were placed in a suitable vacuum cell and current-voltage-power measurements were made under vacuum.
