Abstract

The aim of this paper is to determine a systematic way for generator matrix for a linear block code with respect to m-spotty Rosenbloom-Tsfasman(Non-Hamming) metric. In addition, we investigate generalized parity-check matrix for the block codes. To this end, we will introduce standard generator and parity-check matrices.
