Özet

Accumulation of misfolded and damaged pro-

teins are known to be associated with the pathogenesis of

many   neurodegenerative   diseases   such   as   Parkinson ’ s

Disease, Alzheimer Disease, ALS (1 – 4). Parkin, an E3 ubiquitin-

protein ligase, is an important component of ubiquitin-prote-

asome  system  (5).  It  is  known  that  Parkin  is  important  for

especially  genetic  Parkinsonism.  There  is  limited  study  on

Parkin for ALS disease.
