Abstract

In this paper, soiling factor on PV panel output power and payback time is analyzed. For this purpose a test platform has been designed. This test platform consist of five distinct glasses and a measurement system. Soiling factor impact on PV panel output power has been examined experimentally by using the test platform. In the light of this examinations, construction of solar power plant with 1 MW installed capacity (un-licensed) is evaluated and results are presented briefly.
