Özet

Occupational health and safety is now an extremely important scientific field all over the world. The most important argument in the field of occupational health and safety is risk assessment. In this study, unlike traditional risk assessment, multi-criteria decision-making methods as well as unstable fuzzy linguistic terms are used to assess the risks in grinding machines, one of the hazardous machine tools used in the machinery sector. In the study, first of all, hazards and risks were identified by taking into account the opinions of 3 experts experienced in the field and literature studies in this field. The identified risks are weighted by the SWARA method based on Undecided fuzzy linguistic terms. In the next stage, risks are ranked by the ARAS method based on Undecided Fuzzy Linguistic terms. In this method, expert weights were determined by the CRITIC method, and risk parameters were weighted by probability, severity, and frequency AHP method to determine the importance of risks. Then, using the weights of the risks we found previously, the risk assessment was completed by ranking the alternative measures using the Visual PROMETHEE software program. The results of the risk assessment with the new method were compared with the risk assessment with the classical method and the results were discussed.
