Özet
The Fermatean Fuzzy set framework is a more flexible and powerful model compared to IFS and PFS, as it overcomes their fundamental limitations. This paper introduces new entropy measures within the FFS framework, provides their formal definitions, and supportes them with proofs of their key basic properties. The MCDM approach facilitates the analysis of several decision parameters, often with input from experienced professionals. Entropy is benefiacial in decision-making because higher entropy levels reprensents reduced degree of uncertainty. Selecting the best laptop becomes challenging because most of laptops seem to have identical features and technical specifications. Implementing the COPRAS technique simplifies the evaluation process, making it easier to ditinguish between laptops. The COPRAS approach identifies the most optimal laptop based on conflicting criteria, including B1 (Performance and Better Backup), B2 (Storage and Build Quality), B3 (Cost) and B4 (Display and Graphics). Performance and applicability to laptop selection are presented to examine the effectiveness of the newly developed entropy measure in comparison with existing FFS-based entropy measures, and the obtained results are confirmed through the COPRAS method.
