Özet

The salmonid culture has started in 1960s (Memis et. al., 2002) and expanded rapidly in Turkey. Investment analysis is usually made to get financial aid from government agencies. The producer would like to know. the results of his economic activity by working out a detailed cost-benefit analysis of the investment in the project. Quantitative studies related to the economics of such farms are limited in literature. The main objective of this study is to analyze the feasibility and profitability of investment in Salmonid rainbow trout farms.
