Abstract

This study addresses finding the most minor ingredients of thinking, understanding, and learning processes and acting according to thinking, understanding, and learning triplet by providing their functional relations among the builders through topological unification operators as independent from the species. That independence brings the universal ingredients of intelligence, construing, and memory structures covering the universal learning, understanding, and thinking processes, spontaneously. The thinking, understanding, and learning triplet constructs universal mechanism as a directly frame scheme, while the learning, understanding, and thinking triplet constructs universal mechanism as an inversely frame scheme. Those are derived how those are generated spontaneous communication, language, and control processes from the perturbational transitions with displacements among states on pathways. The basics are given for universal language of intelligence and the applicability of above said processes.
