Özet

This research examines the relationships among firms' absorptive capacity, product innovation, performance, and market turbulence. Quantitative data were collected through surveys from 211 medium- and large- sized firms operating in various sectors in Turkiye. Data were analyzed using SPSS PROCESS Macro, and direct and indirect relationships between the variables were examined. The research results supported the hypotheses regarding the mediation of product innovation in the relationship between absorptive capacity and firm performance, and the moderating effect of market turbulence.
