Özet

 High Speed Permanent magnet synchronous machine (HS-PMSM) is widely used in industry such as automotive and energy sector. Since the HS-PMSM has too many variables to be optimized, it poses problems in the design stage. Conventional design models are often used in HS-PMSM design, but this method is not completely accurate. Therefore, it can cause errors in sizing and measuring machine performance in the early design stage. Furthermore, although finite element analysis (FEA) can give better results than other design methods, it takes a lot of time in terms of design time compared to other methods. In this study, the magnetic equivalent circuit which is a numerical method was used to analyze the HS-PMSM both in order to reduce the working time and to find the pre-design criteria correctly.
