Through this corrigendum, the authors would like to point out that the value reported in the highlights section was incorrectly listed as “0.0086.” The correct value should read “0.0085.
The second point should read:
Exceptional Precision: Achieves maximum relative errors as low as 0.0172 % and 0.0085 % for pipeline diameter calculations and 0.086 % for friction factor, outperforming existing models used in pipeline design, optimization, and performance assessment.
