This research was conducted in order that the principals, teachers that are working in educational institutions and students opinion about the assessment of the productivity of using information technologies. It was carried out to determine how much efficiently the administrators generally use information technologies in the institutions they are working, which technologies they use, the problems they face while using such technologies and how much importance they attach to information technologies as well as understanding and assessing their attitudes on information technologies of school management. The views of the administrators, teachers and students were investigated in the research regarding theusage of information technologies. As a result, this research demonstrates that information technologies are generally a benefited field in educational institutions, yet it seems that there is insufficiency in its use as well as serious technical troubles while benefiting from this technology. It can be deemed accepted to be positive if; the administrators, teachers and students have positive thoughts on the usage of information technologies in educational field, the school administrators have positive opinions on information technologies and they give importance to the innovations and follow them for the dissemination of information technologies in spite of all these problems. I wish that this study will contribute to the usage of information technologies in educational institutions more efficiently and could be a guiding work.
