The employer brand has a range of dimensions which can be specified as a product of a variety of influencing factors. The combination of those factors are closely related to the level of 'employer attractiveness', defined as "the envisioned benefits that a potential employee sees in working for a specific organization". The paper identifies the significant factors which attract students from national university in south-east Bulgaria "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" to potential employers, both on a general basis and for specific student segments. Data was gathered from the students through a self-completion electronic questionnaire which includes a total of 35 items in four directions - social value, development value, application values and economic value.
