Service-oriented architecture (SOA), the welldefined structure in which business functions are carried out by the service multiple applications through standard protocols[1]. The major disadvantage is the difficulty in establishing SOA. The reason is that the system as a whole sub-system is the fragmentation issue to employees in full accordance rate. Despite the challenges involved in creating the architecture of SOA so much the cause of the disadvantage of being so widespread nowadays is the advantage of having enough to say the effort. It is easier to create a new system from a system properly separated parts of the subsystem. The initial cost is too great in a system that is already created new systems because it is a cost that must be incurred cost reductions direction of SOA architecture is not better than the established architecture with SOA. Because only when necessary to establish sub-systems and to extend the period of the establishment of the new system and the system will become more complicated.
