Özet

In recent years, applications of solar energy systems have become widespread in recent years in parallel with alternative energy sources. Turkey is also in a good position in Europe with its solar energy potential. Nowadays, Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources is encouraging the installing solar power plants to evaluate this potential. Photovoltaic (PV) module efficiency is about 15% which is used in PV plants. Efficiency values are different for each PV module technology. Temperature and solar radiation are the factors which are affect the PV module efficiency. Generally, PV module model is based on datum under laboratory condition (1000 W/m2, 25 °C). Laboratory condition based models are not supply satisfactory results under real environmental condition. PV module placement angles and radiation on PV surface are the most important criteria for calculating the maximum energy output of PV plant. Each parameter, for supplying the maximum energy of PV plant, is must be determined. In this research project, PV module performance for different technologies is determined under Hakkari condition considering solar radiation and PV efficiency.
