Abstract

Hospitals are more critical than ever in the current pandemic phase. Performance measurement and implementation of associated measures have a substantial influence on service quality in a hospital. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of a pilot case study by combining FuzzyTechnique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Additionally, the suggested methodology incorporates the group decision-making (GDM) approach. The paper's application section illustrates how to use the integrated F-TOPSIS - DEA technique in a real-world healthcare management challenge. The suggested model is used to determine and compare hospital unit efficiency.
