Özet

AI companies are looking for planning frameworks to develop products that meet market demands by utilizing appropriate technologies. Product technology roadmaps remedy this context by providing a multidimensional analysis of market drivers, technologies, and expected product features. To provide an actionable example, this study presents an AI Chatbot product technology roadmap framework for an AI startup in YTU Technopark to guide their product planning efforts effectively. The roadmap aims to address market needs proactively and resolve chatbot technology issues. Through the application of a comprehensive study, our goal was to identify critical processes for creating innovative and unique chatbot solutions that are linked closely to the business's expansion plans. This study captures our purposeful attempts to establish the AI company as a cutting-edge pioneer in the ever-changing field of chatbot technologies.
