Özet

The study of algorithms to investigate optimal codes is an important topic in the area of pattern recognition for real DNA sequences. In this study, a new algorithm which converts real genes to vectors over F2 is proposed to obtain optimal codes. As a result, some self-dual codes and optimal codes (according to Grismer bound) are found.
