Özet

Environmental problems have positive slope and this position goes to worse point day to day. Other side sensitive chemical processes can not be controlled by modern controllers. Because chemical process modelling was not translated into a transfer function or a state-space representation. System theory can be utilized for this purpose. To create a state-space presentation, chemical equations and matrix formation are combined. An alternative carrier signal is applied on acid molarity to create a square form system matrix, and then transfer function can be obtained. To validate novelty, the new approach is applied to weak acid-strong base neutralization process. Obtained simulation results shows that the algorithm have an effective performance and ways of modern control theories are opened to chemical procesess.
