Mathematical Methods in Electrical Machinery

Project

 

  • Perform any electric field, magnetic field or thermal analysis of a problem you are interested in by using any finite element method program.
  • Present your findings in the article format. (Template can be downloaded from the website)
  • Project can be done in teams up to 3 students.


Include the following information on your project:

  • Summarize the problem and the existing previous studies,
  • Describe the geometry, dimensions, material, boundary conditions, etc.,
  • Summarize the results and solutions,
  • Discuss your results in terms of accuracy, applicability, and suggest future studies,
  • Write the names of the resources, in references section.

 

* The project will be counted as 2nd midterm exam. And it will be 30% of Final grade.
