Yuceer started music training with piano lessons at an early age, and she studied solfege and music theory with Turkish composer Ismail Sezen in 2006. Same year, she was admitted to Bilkent University, Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, Theory Composition Branch. During the undergraduate period, she studied composition with Turgut Pogun, Onur Turkmen and Tolga Yayalar; orchestration with Isin Metin. She participated in Journey of Sound: Young Composers Festival, Istanbul for four times with her various compositons. She presented Turkish Radio Television's nursery rhyme project and CD called 'Eveleme Develeme' as an arranger. As an Erasmus student, she had been in Hannover Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien and studied composition and conducting. She is graduated with Honor Degree. He completed his doctoral thesis titled "Classification of Foreign Voiced Chords in Domenico Scarlatti Sonatas" at Hacettepe University Fine Arts Institute Music Theory Department with Prof. Dr. It was completed in 2019 under the consultancy of Prof. Dr. Turev Berki. Yuceer currently works at Yildiz Technical University Faculty of Art and Design as an Assistant Professor.
