Having started music education with piano lessons at a young age, Yüceer studied solfège and music theory with composer İsmail Sezen in 2006. In the same year, she was admitted to Bilkent University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, Department of Music, Theory-Composition Branch. During her undergraduate studies, she worked on composition with Turgut Pöğün, Onur Türkmen, and Tolga Yayalar, and on orchestration with Işın Metin. Throughout her studies, she participated four times in the Journey of Sound Young Composers Festival held in Istanbul. She worked as an arranger on TRT's "Eveleme Develeme" album of tongue twisters. In the fall semester of 2011-12, she studied composition and conducting as an Erasmus student at Hannover Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien. She graduated with Honors in 2012. She completed her doctoral dissertation titled "Categorization of the chords with non-chord tones in Domenico Scarlatti's keyboard sonatas: K. 1-150" in 2019 at Hacettepe University Graduate School of Fine Arts, Department of Music Theories, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Türev Berki. Yüceer, who has authored two books titled "Aralık Temelli Entonasyon” and “3 Sesli Akorlar - Teori ve Uygulama”, was entitled to the Associate Professor title in 2023. She is currently working at Yıldız Technical University.
