Sevgili Öğrencilerim,
2022-2023 Güz dönemi başlamadan ve dönem bitmeden olmak üzere her dönem en az iki kere sizlerle yüz yüze danışman-öğrenci toplantısı yapmamız gerekmektedir. Düzenlenecek toplantılara danışmanı olduğum tüm öğrencilerin katılması zorunludur. İlk toplantımız 02 Ekim Pazar günü saat 11:00'de uzaktan (sanal) yapılacaktır. Toplantı linki daha sonra tarafınıza iletilecektir. Toplantıya katılamayan öğrencilerin geçerli mazeretlerini toplantıdan hemen sonraki hafta içerisinde Fizik Bölüm Başkanlığı’na dilekçe ile teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.
Toplantıların gündemleri ve amaçları aşağıdaki gibidir;
· Ders seçimi ve ders program çıktılarının değerlendirilmesi,
· Öğrencilerimizin akademik gelişimlerinin değerlendirilmesi,
· Öğrencilerimizin kariyer planlarına destek olunması ve yol gösterilmesi,
Toplantı bitiminde toplantı katılımcı listesi ile birlikte, Danışman-Öğrenci Toplantı Tutanağı doldurularak Bölüm Başkanlığı’na teslim edilecektir.
Toplantıda görüşmek üzere, iyi günler diliyorum.
