Biyografi
Melih, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Matematik Mühendisliği Bölümü'nde Doçent ve Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü'nde Müdür Yardımcısı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Evlidir ve bir kız çocuğu vardır. Kesirli Hesap, Dalgacıklar, Özel Fonksiyonlar, Solitonlar, Doğrusal Olmayan PDE'ler, Bulanık Mantık, Yapay Zeka ve Yapay Sinir Ağları konularında araştırmalar yapmaktadır. Bu alanlarda 30+ adet SCI-Exp. indeksli dergilerde makalesi, 20+ adet uluslararası konferans bildirisi ve 7 adet tamamlanmış projesi vardır. 10+ SCI-Exp. indeksli dergide hakem olarak ve birçok uluslararası konferansta düzenleme kurulu üyesi veya oturum başkanı olarak katkıda bulunmuştur.
